Today I am 37.8 pounds sexier! AND, am officially saying good bye to the 220's! I don't know if I have told you all but my goal is to be 199.9 pounds on my wedding day. I haven't weight below 200 pounds since....well, I don't even know! It is a big step for me to put my weight out on the net but heck, you all know where I am coming from!
Today our ww leader left us with this....
"If you KINDA do it, It KINDA works. If you REALLY do it, it REALLY works!"
Congrats Serina! I love all of your positive enthusiasm and your honest struggles. You may even motivate me to get moving! I have no doubt that you will make it to your goal wedding weight! You have always been a stunning girl.......the number on the scale does not influence that.......but now you are a happy, healthy and stunning! Keep up the hard work! :)
ReplyDeleteThank you so much, Tracy. It is really fun for me to just put it all out there. I think there are a lot of young women that struggle with their weight but don't seem to talk about it. I hope I can encourage lots of people because that really encourages me! Thanks for reading :)
ReplyDeleteYou are my hero! :)
ReplyDeleteI am making the fired rice recipe as we speak! I hope it turns out! :)
ReplyDeleteHey Serina,
ReplyDeleteI have struggled with weight for a big portion of my life, always dieting it seems... I noticed a few months back that you had begun a weightloss journey yourself and you look great! I started following your blog because I really admire your commitment to your lifestyle change and how real you are with everything you're going through. You talk about your successes as well as your mistakes but you're always so positive. I really admire that. Last May-Nov I was able to drop 45 lbs but unfortunately I gained it all back... now I 'm trying to find a routine and a lifestyle that I can have success with and get back to a healthy lifestyle. How did you get started?
Kristin
Danielle-Let me know how it turns out! I had it for dinner again tonight!
ReplyDeleteKristin- Thanks for your post. For me, it all seemed to happen in one day. I had just gotten back from Florida with my fiance and family. I looked at the pictures and was so unhappy with the way I looked. I then decided to join weight watchers. After my first meeting (and the truth on the scale) I knew it was time to get serious. I have a lot of ups and downs and I just seemed to "stay the same" for a few months. Honestly, the last few months have been the best! I LOVE the new pointsplus ww program and am feeling great. Thanks for reading! I hope I can help you re-light your spark for living a healthy lifestyle!
